What this policy covers

This policy describes information handled when you visit KULTURE84 Network, sign in, use a member area, or contact the team.

Information we receive

Public pages can be viewed without a K84 account. When you choose Sign in with ChatGPT, the platform provides a Site-specific user identifier, email address, and—when available—display name. KULTURE84 stores the profile, membership status, role, terms acknowledgement, and welcome-email delivery status needed to operate the account. Passwords and provider verification or recovery tokens are never received or stored by KULTURE84.

If community participation is enabled, the Site can retain posts, reactions, follows, reports, and moderation or restriction records connected to your Site-specific identity. Contact by email includes the information you choose to send.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, enforce member, moderator, and administrator permissions, operate community features, send the one-time welcome message when email delivery is configured, prevent duplicate delivery, maintain security, respond to requests, and improve the Site.

Service infrastructure

The Site uses OpenAI Sites and Sign in with ChatGPT for hosting and authentication, with Cloudflare-based runtime and database infrastructure supplied through Sites. Resend is the configured transactional-email integration; when its production key is active, only the message and delivery information required to send the one-time welcome email is sent to that provider. ChatGPT continues to own verification and password-recovery messages.

Retention and choices

Account and community records are retained while needed to provide the service, protect the community, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of KULTURE84-held account information. Provider account and password requests must be handled through ChatGPT.

Security and children

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. KULTURE84 Network is not directed to children under 13, and the Site does not knowingly seek their personal information.
