RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE

You may disagree with another member, their opinions, or their criticism.

Do not use KULTURE84 Community to harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or repeatedly target another person.

Do not encourage violence or credible threats of violence against another person or group.

Debate the subject without turning disagreement into sustained personal abuse.

HATEFUL CONTENT

Do not attack, demean, threaten, or promote hatred against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected status.

Discussion of controversial subjects is permitted.

Targeted hatred toward people is not.

SEXUAL AND EXPLOITATIVE CONTENT

Do not post pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, or content sexualizing minors.

Any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse is prohibited.

VIOLENCE AND DANGEROUS CONTENT

Do not post graphic content primarily intended to shock, glorify real-world violence, threaten others, or encourage serious physical harm.

Legitimate discussion of sports, entertainment, journalism, current events, history, and fictional works may involve violent subjects. Context matters.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Do not publish another person's private or sensitive information without authorization.

This includes information such as private addresses, phone numbers, financial information, passwords, private account credentials, or other information that could reasonably put someone at risk.

Do not use KULTURE84 Community to organize harassment or doxxing.

IMPERSONATION

Do not impersonate another person, artist, athlete, organization, KULTURE84 staff member, or public figure in a deceptive manner.

Usernames or parody accounts that could reasonably cause confusion may be restricted or required to identify themselves clearly.

SPAM AND MANIPULATION

Do not flood discussions with repetitive posts, meaningless replies, advertisements, scams, referral spam, or unrelated promotional material.

Do not artificially manipulate reactions, participation, member status, or other community systems.

Relevant links and recommendations are allowed when they genuinely contribute to the discussion.

SELF-PROMOTION

Creators, artists, athletes, brands, and independent businesses may participate in the community.

Participation does not make every discussion an advertising opportunity.

Repeated unsolicited promotion, link dumping, or posting primarily to drive traffic may be removed as spam.

KULTURE84 editorial coverage cannot be purchased through community participation.

SCAMS AND DECEPTION

Do not use KULTURE84 Community for fraud, phishing, deceptive financial schemes, malicious links, malware, fake giveaways, or attempts to steal another person's information or account access.

ILLEGAL CONTENT

Do not use KULTURE84 Community to facilitate unlawful activity or distribute content that you do not have the right to distribute.

Members remain responsible for the material they post.

KEEP DISCUSSIONS USEFUL

Post in an appropriate discussion when possible.

Avoid intentionally derailing conversations, repeatedly posting the same material, or creating duplicate threads solely to attract attention.

Humor, personality, arguments, strong opinions, and ordinary off-topic conversation are part of human interaction. Moderation should focus on actual disruption and abuse rather than trying to make everybody speak like corporate customer service.

REPORTING

If you encounter content that appears to violate these guidelines, use the available reporting tools.

Reporting content does not guarantee its removal.

Reports are reviewed according to the context and applicable KULTURE84 policies.

Do not abuse reporting tools to target members simply because you disagree with them.

MODERATION

KULTURE84 may take action when content or accounts violate these guidelines, threaten the community, abuse site systems, or create significant safety or legal concerns.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

• removing content
• locking discussions
• restricting posting
• limiting account functionality
• suspending community access
• banning accounts

Not every violation requires the same response.

Context, severity, repetition, and previous behavior may be considered.

REPEATED VIOLATIONS

Repeated violations of KULTURE84.COM site rules or these Community Guidelines may result in escalating enforcement action.

Members who repeatedly violate site rules, repeatedly violate Community Guidelines, attempt to evade previous enforcement, or continue abusive behavior after restrictions may forfeit their KULTURE84 account and community access.

Serious or repeated violations may result in:

PERMANENT ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND PERMANENT BAN FROM KULTURE84 COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION.

KULTURE84 may permanently terminate an account when the severity or pattern of violations warrants that action.

Creating or using another account to evade a suspension or permanent ban may result in additional accounts being restricted or terminated.

EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

Community participation does not guarantee editorial coverage, placement, ranking, promotion, programming, or recognition by KULTURE84.

Community reactions also do not determine KULTURE84 editorial decisions.

KULTURE84's editorial and programming decisions remain independently curated.

MEMBER STATUS

KULTURE84 may introduce community status levels, badges, or recognition based on meaningful participation.

Attempts to manipulate participation systems through spam, coordinated activity, duplicate accounts, or artificial engagement may result in loss of status or account restrictions.

Specific status rules will be communicated when those systems are introduced.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Members are responsible for activity performed through their accounts.

Authentication and account access may be provided through approved third-party identity providers.

Never share authentication credentials or attempt to access another member's account.

ENFORCEMENT AND UPDATES

KULTURE84 may update these Community Guidelines as the community, platform, and applicable requirements evolve.

Material changes may be reflected by updating the effective date or providing additional notice where appropriate.

Continued participation after updated guidelines take effect is subject to the current version of these guidelines.
